We participate in the development of the artistic expression of stylists and photographers by opening the doors to our studio and our collections. Through these collaborations, we create a real community that supports and inspires each other, thus allowing second-hand goods to become more democratized and shine in the world of fashion.

Withdrawal Policy

We do not allow rental or loan.
We allow stylists to try items on their clients before purchasing them.
We charge a 12% restocking fee for fittings, capped at $2,500. This fee applies to all purchases and is non-refundable.

We allow 48 hours for fittings and charge a late fee of 4% per item (purchase price) per day for late returns.
Our pickup and return hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, from our Los Angeles studio.

PRESENTATION

We understand the fast-paced nature of the fashion industry and are happy to offer these garments to your clients. Please note that all our garments are available for purchase only and we do not offer rentals. A 12% restocking fee is applied to any item leaving our studio. To ensure each stylist has a fair chance to try their selections on their clients, we allow a 48-hour fitting period (unless a longer period has been agreed upon). Any garments leaving after this time will be charged in full to the credit card on file.

SEWING AND CLEANING

We do not allow any outside tailors or dry cleaners to work on our garments, including the use of pins during fittings. We offer tailor clips (available upon request) to prevent damage during fittings. If the garment is returned damaged, with holes, or altered, the stylist will be responsible for the full repurchase. We understand that incidents can occur; if the garment is damaged or soiled during a fitting, please return it to us for evaluation. Do not send the garment to be dry cleaned or repaired without prior approval from Tab Vintage. If the garment is returned in a condition other than its original, the stylist will be fully responsible for its purchase.

RETURN PLACE AND TIMES

Stylists are responsible for collection and return at The Parisian Vintage. For all returns, please send them to our PO box, as we do not have a doorman to receive packages outside of our opening hours.
